This data comes from a new ranking by AirHelp, which evaluated the services of 109 airlines worldwide. The evaluation criteria included customer service performance, specifically the speed of handling complaints, timely compensation payments, and overall passenger satisfaction. The top-ranked airline in the list scored 8.12 out of 10, while the lowest-ranked airline scored only 3.63.
It is important to note that this ranking has no relation to flight safety. It is solely based on customer service quality and satisfaction levels. Therefore, any assumptions about the safety standards of these airlines would be unfounded.
